Grandma?

My ensemble today is very minimalistic. I wanted to wear something easy and simple for coffee date with my sister. I have on a basic shapeless black midi dress which is supposed to be knee length but on me it's literally a maxi dress. Paired it with black flats and only my wallet. I call this The Grandma look with bold red lips.
P.S. I cut 75% of my hair. Enjoy!
