Irresistible Me!

In today's post I am reviewing the Jade Hair Straightening Brush from Irresistible Me.

First of all, the packaging is amazing. It comes with an instruction pamphlet. Now, my hair at the moment is short but still very very thick. I love any hair tool that can tame the poofyness (is that even a word?) of my thick hair.
Below are my "before" pictures. Prepare to be mortified. Washed my hair and let it air dry.

The Jade Straightening Hair Brush heats up really quick. There are buttons on the side to increase and decrease the temperature of brush.

The hair brush is very very easy to use. This hair tool is the best if you are a women on the go and have very little time to do your hair. Ladies, let be honest who wants to spend half an hour or even an hour to do our hair? Simple monochromatic outfit post today. I have on a beautiful mock neck gauze top with shoulder cutouts in black and a circle skirt underneath the top. Paired the outfit with black pointed toe flats and a studded cross-body bag. Also, lathered on red lipstick for a little pop of color.

August Heat

"The way to love anything is to realize that it may be lost." - Gilbert K. Chesterton
Hello August! You always come bringing haziness, humidity and occasional thunderstorms. Yet, I prefer and appreciate you more than the months that bring snow and unbearable bone chilling weather. I love you so much that I decided to wear my favorite color for you - Black!!! Not the most practical decision but I love it. I have on a ruffle off the shoulder stripe shirt which I made it myself from an old men's button down shirt with black pants. Added a white hat to keep the sun off my face and a red bandana choker for a little pop of color. Threw on a pair of slides instead of heels for comfort.
