Off The Shoulder

"It's a smile, it's a kiss, it's a sip of wine...it's Summertime!" - Kenny Chesney 
It is hot and humid here in New York City. This the perfect time to wear a no fuss - light weight off the shoulder dress. I have on a beautiful off the shoulder ruffle dress. Added nude heels with black lining. Also, wrapped a black velvet choker around my neck to compliment the black details on my heels.
