Almost the end of January 2016. Ending this month with some winter sparkle. I have on a black sparkly sequins skirt with some black tights. To balance out the sparkly skirt, I wore an oversized basic grey and white top which by the way looks like two separate tops but is actually just one. Lately, I've been really into oversized tops. It maybe or may not be to hide the extra holiday pounds - wink wink. Added on a pair of lace up booties to complete my ensemble.

Super quick winter outfit post today. I have on a black boyfriend sweatshirt that is long enough to be used as a dress - totally inspired by Kourtney Kardashian. Added on a pair of pink cape toe heels with two pairs of tights to keep me warm. Also, threw on my beautiful ox-blood coat with faux fur collar on top and a knitted hat to complete my ensemble. Stay warm everyone.

Parka Season

So, winter has finally hit NYC. First few days of 2016 has been cold, chilly and windy so far which is perfect weather to bust out my heavy duty faux fur lined parka.

This parka is fabulous because the warm and cozy faux fur lining is removable. I can use it as two separate pieces - one as an oversized parka and another as a hooded faux fur vest. Underneath the parka I have on a navy and grey men's thermal and underneath that I have on a black dress. Added on a pair of heat-tech black tights because "Baby it's cold outside" with my leather booties to complete my super casual ensemble.

The weather has been wonderfully mild so far in NYC. I will happily take a warm day than freezing my face off / bone chilling cold December day. Now, onto my outfit. I have on a beautiful lavender lace cropped top with a black circle skirt and tights. Added on another black button down shirt and faux fur vest on top. Also, threw on a pair of black strap on heels and a ribbon around my neck to complete my ensemble.
